Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Yellow mustard
  • 4 slices Sourdough bread lightly toasted
  • 1 cup Butter lettuce cut to fit the bread
  • 4 slices Tomato
  • 5 oz Deli turkey breast or use fresh roasted turkey from last weeks dinner
  • 2 oz Potato chips
  • 2 Pickle spears

Instructions

  • Spread the mayo and mustard on all slices of bread.
  • Layer with lettuce, tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, and turkey.
  • Cut in half. Serve with chips and pickles.
