Ingredients
- 4 Naan Sandwich Rounds or sandwich thins
- 1 cups Spring mix
- 4 slices Tomato
- 6 oz Deli turkey breast or use fresh roasted turkey breast in the deli menu tab
- 2 tbsp Red onion shaved
- 2 slices White Cheddar
- 1 Pickles cut into rounds
- 2 oz Potato chips
Dressing
- 1/2 tsp Lemon juice
- 1.5 tsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 tsp Fresh thyme chopped
- 1/4 tsp Dijon mustard
Instructions
- In a bowl whisk the ingredients for the dressing.
- Warm the naan rounds on both sides in a nonstick pan on medium heat.
- Layer the naan rounds with a spring mix, tomato, turkey, onion, cheese, and drizzle with dressing.
- Serve with pickles and chips.
