- 12 oz Deli turkey breast chopped
- 4 oz swiss cheese
- 8 Leaves Romaine hearts
- 1 stalk Celery Diced
- 12 slices tomato
- ½ Cup Onion Diced
- 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 4 rolls 6 inch peices
- 2 Apples sliced
- 4 oz Potato chips
Instructions
- Combine turkey, celery, onion, mayo, and a pinch of salt & pepper in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Layer lettuce, tomato, swiss, and turkey salad on a roll and serve with a side of sliced apples and chips.
