Ingredients

  • 12 oz Deli turkey breast chopped
  • 4 oz swiss cheese
  • 8 Leaves Romaine hearts
  • 1 stalk Celery Diced
  • 12 slices tomato
  • ½ Cup Onion Diced
  • 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 4 rolls 6 inch peices
  • 2 Apples sliced
  • 4 oz Potato chips

Instructions

  • Combine turkey, celery, onion, mayo, and a pinch of salt & pepper in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
  • Layer lettuce, tomato, swiss, and turkey salad on a roll and serve with a side of sliced apples and chips.
