Ingredients
- 4 Kaiser rolls lightly toasted (or bread of your choice)
- 4 tsp Mayonnaise
- 4 tsp Yellow mustard
- 2 cups Baby spinach
- 12 oz Deli turkey breast
- 12 slices Tomato
- 4 oz Pepper jack cheese sliced
- 2 oz Potato chips
- 4 Pickles halved
Instructions
- Lightly toast the bread. Spread the mayo and mustard on the inside of the roll.
- Layer the bread with spinach, turkey, tomatoes seasoned with salt and pepper, and cheese. Cut in half and serve with chips and pickles.
