- 8 tbsp Goat cheese
- 4 tsp Raspberry jam
- 2 cups Arugula
- 12 oz Deli turkey breast
- 4 Pickle spears
Instructions
- Lightly toast the bread. Spread the goat cheese and jam on all slices of bread.
- Layer the bread with arugula and turkey. Cut in half and serve with pickles.
