Turkey Goat Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 8 slices Sourdough bread lightly toasted (or bread of your choice)
  • 8 tbsp Goat cheese
  • 4 tsp Raspberry jam
  • 2 cups Arugula
  • 12 oz Deli turkey breast
  • 4 Pickle spears

Instructions

  • Lightly toast the bread. Spread the goat cheese and jam on all slices of bread.
  • Layer the bread with arugula and turkey. Cut in half and serve with pickles.
