Ingredients
- 8 slices Multigrain bread toasted
- 12 oz Deli turkey breast sliced thin
- 2 cups Baby spinach
- 4 tsp Mayonnaise
- 2 tsp cranberry jelly or jam
- 4 oz Brie cheese sliced ¼ in thick
- 4 pickles halved
Instructions
- In a bowl mix together the mayo and cranberry jelly.
- Spread the mayo on the bread and layer with spinach turkey and brie. Cut in half and serve with pickles on the side.
