Turkey Cranberry & Brie Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 8 slices Multigrain bread toasted
  • 12 oz Deli turkey breast sliced thin
  • 2 cups Baby spinach
  • 4 tsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp cranberry jelly or jam
  • 4 oz Brie cheese sliced ¼ in thick
  • 4 pickles halved

Instructions

  • In a bowl mix together the mayo and cranberry jelly.
  • Spread the mayo on the bread and layer with spinach turkey and brie. Cut in half and serve with pickles on the side.
