- 8 slices Sourdough bread lightly toasted
- 4 Tbsp Mayonnaise
- 12 slices Tomato
- 2 cups Arugula
- 12 oz Deli turkey breast
- 1/4 Red onion sliced thin
- 4 oz Cheddar cheese sliced
- 4 oz Potato chips
- 4 Pickles halved
Instructions
- Lightly toast the bread.
- Spread the mayo on the bread, layer with tomatoes seasoned with salt and pepper, arugula, turkey, onion, and cheese. Cut in half and serve with chips and pickles.
