Ingredients

  • 8 slices Sourdough bread lightly toasted
  • 4 Tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 12 slices Tomato
  • 2 cups Arugula
  • 12 oz Deli turkey breast
  • 1/4 Red onion sliced thin
  • 4 oz Cheddar cheese sliced
  • 4 oz Potato chips
  • 4 Pickles halved

Instructions

  • Lightly toast the bread.
  • Spread the mayo on the bread, layer with tomatoes seasoned with salt and pepper, arugula, turkey, onion, and cheese. Cut in half and serve with chips and pickles.
