Ingredients
- 4 slices Bacon
- 8 Sourdough bread lightly toasted (or your choice of bread)
- 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 cups Romaine lettuce cut to fit the bread
- 8 slices Tomato
- 1/2 lb Deli turkey breast
- 1 Avocados pitted and sliced
- 2 oz Potato chips
- 4 Pickle spears
Instructions
- In a nonstick pan on medium low heat cook the bacon on both sides until it is crisp. (Reserve the bacon grease for future cooking if desired).
- Lightly toast the bread then spread the mayo on each slice. Layer with lettuce, tomato, bacon, turkey, and avocado. Cut in half and serve with chips and pickle.
