Ingredients
- 8 slices Rye bread lightly toasted (or bread of your choice)
- 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 cups Spring mix
- 12 slices Tomato
- 12 oz Deli turkey breast
- 2 Avocados pitted and sliced
- 4 oz Cheddar cheese
- 4 Pickles halved
- 4 oz Potato chips
Instructions
- Lightly toast the bread to a golden brown but still somewhat soft.
- Spread the mayo on the bread. Layer with spring mix, tomatoes seasoned with salt and pepper, turkey, avocado, and cheddar. Cut in half and serve with pickles and chips.
