Turkey Avocado Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 8 slices Rye bread lightly toasted (or bread of your choice)
  • 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 cups Spring mix
  • 12 slices Tomato
  • 12 oz Deli turkey breast
  • 2 Avocados pitted and sliced
  • 4 oz Cheddar cheese
  • 4 Pickles halved
  • 4 oz Potato chips

Instructions

  • Lightly toast the bread to a golden brown but still somewhat soft.
  • Spread the mayo on the bread. Layer with spring mix, tomatoes seasoned with salt and pepper, turkey, avocado, and cheddar. Cut in half and serve with pickles and chips.
