Ingredients

  • 2 Ciabatta rolls lightly toasted
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp Chipotle Sauce
  • 4 leaves Romaine lettuce
  • 6 oz Deli turkey breast sliced thin
  • 1/2 Avocados pitted and sliced
  • 4 slices Tomato
  • 2 slices Pepper jack cheese
  • 2 Pickles halved
  • 1 oz Potato chips

Instructions

  • Lightly toast the ciabatta.
  • In a bowl, mix together the mayo and chipotle. Spread the mayo on the insides of both halves of the ciabatta. Layer the lettuce, turkey, avocado, tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, and cheese on the ciabatta.
  • Cut in half and serve with pickles and chips.
