Instructions
Lightly toast the ciabatta.
In a bowl, mix together the mayo and chipotle. Spread the mayo on the insides of both halves of the ciabatta. Layer the lettuce, turkey, avocado, tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, and cheese on the ciabatta.
Cut in half and serve with pickles and chips.
