Ingredients
- 6 oz Tuna fish drained (albacore or chunk white tuna or your preference)
- 2 tbsp Celery minced
- 2 tbsp Red onion sliced thin
- 1/2 tsp Lemon juice
- 3 tbsp Mayonnaise as needed
- 4 slices Sourdough bread lightly toasted
- 1 cup Green leaf lettuce cut to fit the bread
- 4 slices Tomato
- 2 oz Potato chips
- 2 Pickle spears
Instructions
- In a small mixing bowl break up the tuna with a fork. Toss with celery, lemon juice, and mayonnaise as needed until the tuna is to your desired creaminess. Season with pepper to taste. Stir to combine.
- Lightly toast the bread, top with the Tuna Salad, onion, lettuce, and tomatoes.
- Cut in half. Serve with chips and pickle.
