Ingredients
- 12 oz Tuna fish drained (albacore or chunk white tuna or your preference)
- 4 tbsp Celery minced
- 3 tbsp Red onion minced
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 4 slices Sourdough bread
- 8 slices Tomato
- 8 slices Swiss cheese
- 2 oz Potato chips
- 4 Pickle spears
- 1 tsp Fresh parsley garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven broiler on low.
- In a small mixing bowl break up the tuna with a fork. Toss with celery, onion, lemon juice, and mayonnaise. Season with pepper to taste. Stir to combine.
- Lightly toast the bread, top with the Tuna Salad, tomatoes, and cheese. Place on a baking sheet under the broiler and cook until the cheese has melted.
- Serve with chips and pickle. Garnish with parsley.
