Ingredients
- 8 slices Multigrain bread toasted
- 12 oz Chunk light tuna fish drained well
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 Avocados pitted and diced
- 3 cups Baby spinach
- 12 slices tomato
- 4 oz Potato chips
- 4 pickles halved
Instructions
- Mix together the tuna, mayo, avocado, lemon, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a bowl.
- Layer the bread with baby spinach, tomato, and tuna mixture. Cut in half and serve with chips and pickles.
