Ingredients

  • 8 slices Multigrain bread toasted
  • 12 oz Chunk light tuna fish drained well
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 Avocados pitted and diced
  • 3 cups Baby spinach
  • 12 slices tomato
  • 4 oz Potato chips
  • 4 pickles halved

Instructions

  • Mix together the tuna, mayo, avocado, lemon, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a bowl.
  • Layer the bread with baby spinach, tomato, and tuna mixture. Cut in half and serve with chips and pickles.
