Ingredients
- 4 slices Crusty bread
- 3/4 cup Tomatoes diced
- 1/4 cup Corn
- 1 tbsp Red onion finely diced
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 tbsp Lime juice
- 1 tbsp Fresh cilantro chopped
- 2 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Toast the bread to golden brown.
- Mix together all of the ingredients except for the bread. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spoon the bruschetta mixture onto the bread.
