Ingredients
Tiramisu Overnight Oats
- 1 cup Rolled oats
- 1 ½ cups Coffee cooled
- ½ cup Milk your choice
- 2 TBSP Cocoa powder plus more for dusting the top
- 2 TBSP Maple syrup or honey
- ½ tsp Vanilla extract
- ¼ cup Mascarpone cheese or Greek yogurt
Iced Coffee
- Ice cubes
- Coffee cooled
- Your choice of creamer
- Your choice of sweetener
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats and brewed coffee. Stir well.
- Add milk, cocoa powder, maple syrup (or honey), and vanilla extract. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
- Gently fold in mascarpone cheese or Greek yogurt.
- Divide the mixture into two airtight containers or jars.
- Seal the containers and refrigerate overnight.
- Brew the coffee then refrigerate to cool.
- Pour the coffee over ice cubes. Prepare to your liking.
- Dust the top of the overnight oats with cocoa powder and serve with iced coffee.
