Ingredients

Tiramisu Overnight Oats

  • 1 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 ½ cups Coffee cooled
  • ½ cup Milk your choice
  • 2 TBSP Cocoa powder plus more for dusting the top
  • 2 TBSP Maple syrup or honey
  • ½ tsp Vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup Mascarpone cheese or Greek yogurt

Iced Coffee

  • Ice cubes
  • Coffee cooled
  • Your choice of creamer
  • Your choice of sweetener

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats and brewed coffee. Stir well.
  • Add milk, cocoa powder, maple syrup (or honey), and vanilla extract. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
  • Gently fold in mascarpone cheese or Greek yogurt.
  • Divide the mixture into two airtight containers or jars.
  • Seal the containers and refrigerate overnight.
  • Brew the coffee then refrigerate to cool.
  • Pour the coffee over ice cubes. Prepare to your liking.
  • Dust the top of the overnight oats with cocoa powder and serve with iced coffee.
