Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Horseradish (or more if needed to taste)
  • 1 clove Garlic grated (or more if needed to taste)
  • 8 slices Sourdough bread or bread of your choice
  • 3/4 pound Ground beef
  • 1/4 cup Red onion chopped small
  • 1/2 cup Green bell pepper chopped small
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Steak seasoning montreal steak seasoning or comparable brand
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 3/4 cup Aged Swiss Cheese shredded
  • Nonstick spray
  • 2 oz Potato chips
  • 4 Pickle spears

Instructions

  • Preheat a panini style grill. Lightly grease with nonstick spray.
  • In a bowl mix the mayo, horseradish, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Spread the mixture onto each slice of bread.
  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat, Once hot, add the beef, onion, pepper, garlic powder, and steak seasoning. Brown very well until no longer pink while breaking it up into smaller pieces. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce and cheese, stir until the cheese is melted. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Portion the meat onto the bread.
  • Cook the sandwich on the panini grill until golden brown on both sides.
    (alternatively, heat a non-stick pan over medium-low heat. Lightly grease with nonstick spray as needed. Cook the sandwich until golden brown on both sides).
  • Cut in half and serve with chips and pickles.
