- 6 Roma tomatoes
 - 2 tsp Salt
 - 1 tsp Sugar
 - 1 tsp Fresh parsley chopped
 - 3 tbsp Green bell pepper diced
 
Instructions
- Dice the tomatoes into chunks.
 - In a pot on medium heat, combine all ingredients.
 - Simmer for 25 minutes.
 - Season with salt and pepper to taste.
