Ingredients

  • 6 Roma tomatoes

  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Fresh parsley chopped
  • 3 tbsp Green bell pepper diced

Instructions

  • Dice the tomatoes into chunks.
  • In a pot on medium heat, combine all ingredients.
  • Simmer for 25 minutes.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
