Ingredients
- 1 pound Sirloin steaks cut into bite sized chunks (substitute filet mignon if desired to elevate the meal)
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tbsp Steak seasoning montreal steak seasoning or comparable brand
- 2 cups Pineapple cut into bite sized chunks
- 4 Wooden skewers 8 to 10 inches long
- 4 Dinner rolls
- 1 cup Fresh parsley whole leaves stems discarded
Sauce
- 1/2 cup Beef broth
- 3 tbsp Ketchup
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder or more if needed
Instructions
- Mix the beef, worchestershire sauce, steak seasoning, pineapple, and season with salt in a large bowl and set aside for about 20 minutes.
- Preheat a grill (or grill pan) on medium heat.
- Thread the beef and pineapple alternating onto wooden skewers. (Save the marinade)
- In a saucepan on medium low heat, whisk the broth, ketchup, garlic powder and reserved marinade. Simmer until it starts to thicken to a smooth sauce then set aside.
- Grill the skewers for 3 to 4 minutes per side, getting a nice char all around. Once done lather the skewers with the sauce and serve with bread. Garnish with parsley.

Steak Internal Temperatures:
- Rare: 115 - 120 degrees F
- Medium Rare: 125 - 130 degrees F
- Medium: 135 - 140 degrees F
- Medium Well: 145 - 150 degrees F
- Well Done: 160 degrees F
