Mix the beef, worchestershire sauce, steak seasoning, pineapple, and season with salt in a large bowl and set aside for about 20 minutes.
Preheat a grill (or grill pan) on medium heat.
Thread the beef and pineapple alternating onto wooden skewers. (Save the marinade)
In a saucepan on medium low heat, whisk the broth, ketchup, garlic powder and reserved marinade. Simmer until it starts to thicken to a smooth sauce then set aside.
Grill the skewers for 3 to 4 minutes per side, getting a nice char all around. Once done lather the skewers with the sauce and serve with bread. Garnish with parsley.
