Ingredients
- 1 cup Almond milk use more if needed to thin out
- 2 Apples cored (any in season red apple: Fuji, Gala, or Honeycrisp will work best)
- 2 cups Yogurt
- 1/4 tsp Ground nutmeg more if needed to taste
- 4 tbsp Protein powder vanilla
- 4 tbsp Almond butter
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon plus more for garnish
- 1 tsp Raisins garnish
Instructions
- Add ingredients to a blender (not the raisins) and puree until smooth. Make sure to blend well. Pour into a glass and garnish with raisins. Sprinkle cinnamon on top if desired.
