Spiced Apple Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond milk use more if needed to thin out
  • 2 Apples cored (any in season red apple: Fuji, Gala, or Honeycrisp will work best)
  • 2 cups Yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp Ground nutmeg more if needed to taste
  • 4 tbsp Protein powder vanilla
  • 4 tbsp Almond butter
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon plus more for garnish
  • 1 tsp Raisins garnish

Instructions

  • Add ingredients to a blender (not the raisins) and puree until smooth. Make sure to blend well. Pour into a glass and garnish with raisins. Sprinkle cinnamon on top if desired.
