Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Sesame oil
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 cups Green beans ends trimmed
- 1/2 Carrots peeled and shaved
- 2 tsp Sesame seeds
Instructions
- Add the oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Sauté the garlic for 1 minute, then add the green beans. Cover with a lid, turn the heat down to low-medium, and cook for another 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Season well with salt and pepper to taste. The green beans are done when they are soft, but still somewhat crispy.
- Toss with shaved carrots and garnish with sesame seeds.
