Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp Cream cheese softened
- 1 tsp Fresh dill chopped
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 tsp Fresh chives chopped
- 2 Everything bagel lightly toasted, (or your choice of bagel)
- 1 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- 8 Eggs beaten
- 6 oz Chicken sausage links sliced
- 1 Apple sliced (Check the Fruit guide to substitute seasonal fruits)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, dill, garlic, and chives until combined well. Spread the cream cheese on the bagel.
- Heat the oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add in the eggs and stir them around the pan until the eggs are cooked and no longer runny but still moist and fluffy.
- Brown the chicken sausage on both sides in the pan.
- Serve the eggs, with bagel, chicken sausage, and apples.
