In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, dill, garlic, and chives until combined well. Spread the cream cheese on the bagel.
Heat the oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add in the eggs and stir them around the pan until the eggs are cooked and no longer runny but still moist and fluffy.
Brown the chicken sausage on both sides in the pan.
