Ingredients

Bagel with Cream Cheese:

  • 2 Your choice of bagel (flavor of your choice)
  • 4 TBSP Cream cheese

Mocha:

  • 1 cup Milk (of your choice)
  • 2 TBSP Cocoa powder
  • 2 TBSP Your choice of sweetener
  • 2 cups Coffee or espresso
  • Whipped cream (optional)
  • 2 TBSP Chocolate syrup (optional)

Scrambled Eggs:

  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 TBSP Butter or oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Slice the bagels in half horizontally and toast them to your desired level of crispiness.
  • In a saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until it's hot but not boiling.
  • Add cocoa powder and sugar (if using) to the hot milk, stirring until dissolved.
  • Brew coffee or espresso.
  • Combine the brewed coffee/espresso with the chocolate milk mixture. Stir well.
  • Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them until well combined.
  • In a non-stick skillet, melt butter or heat oil over medium heat.
  • Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet and cook, stirring gently, until they reach your desired consistency. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
  • Spread cream cheese onto each toasted bagel half.
  • Serve the scrambled eggs with bagel and mocha, If desired, garnish the mochas with whipped cream and a drizzle of chocolate syrup.
