Ingredients
Fruit
- 1 cup Mixed fruit (i.e. orange banana or berries)
Bagel with Cream Cheese
- 2 Your choice of bagel
- 4 TBSP Cream cheese
Scrambled Eggs
- 1 TBSP Butter
- 4 Eggs large
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Coffee
- Coffee
- Your choice of creamer
- Your choice of sweetener
Instructions
- Wash and prepare the fruit accordingly.
- Slice the bagels in half horizontally. Toast them to your desired level of crispiness.
- Spread the cream cheese on each half of the toasted bagels.
- Crack the eggs into a bowl. Beat them well with a fork or whisk. Season with salt and pepper.
- Brew and prepare the coffee to your liking.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add butter.
- Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet. Let them sit for a moment until they start to set around the edges.
- Gently stir the eggs with a spatula, pushing them from the edges toward the center. Continue cooking and stirring until the eggs are fully cooked but still moist. Remove from heat.
- Serve the bagel with eggs and a side of fruit. Enjoy with coffee.
