Bagel with Cream Cheese
- 2 Your choice of bagel sliced
- 6 TBSP Cream cheese
Scrambled Eggs
- 4 Eggs beaten
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 TBSP Butter or oil
Orange Juice
- 16 oz Orange juice
Instructions
- Slice the bagels in half and toast them to your desired level of crispiness.
- While the bagels are toasting, crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them together until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the butter or oil.
- Pour the whisked eggs into the skillet and let them cook undisturbed for a few seconds until the edges start to set.
- Using a spatula, gently scramble the eggs, stirring occasionally, until they are cooked to your preferred consistency.
- Spread cream cheese onto each half of the toasted bagels.
- Close the bagels to form sandwiches. Cut in half.
- Serve the eggs with bagel and orange juice.
