Ingredients

Bagel with Cream Cheese

  • 2 Your choice of bagel sliced
  • 6 TBSP Cream cheese

Scrambled Eggs

  • 4 Eggs beaten
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 TBSP Butter or oil

Orange Juice

  • 16 oz Orange juice

Instructions

  • Slice the bagels in half and toast them to your desired level of crispiness.
  • While the bagels are toasting, crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them together until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the butter or oil.
  • Pour the whisked eggs into the skillet and let them cook undisturbed for a few seconds until the edges start to set.
  • Using a spatula, gently scramble the eggs, stirring occasionally, until they are cooked to your preferred consistency.
  • Spread cream cheese onto each half of the toasted bagels.
  • Close the bagels to form sandwiches. Cut in half.
  • Serve the eggs with bagel and orange juice.
