Scrambled Eggs and Bacon

Ingredients

  • 4 strips Bacon
  • 1 TBSP Butter
  • 4 Eggs beaten
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 2 slice Sourdough bread toasted
  • 2 tsp Butter
  • 2 TBSP Strawberry jam

Beverage

  • 16 oz Orange juice cold

Instructions

  • Lay the bacon in a skillet over medium heat. Cook on both sides until golden brown and crisp. Set aside on paper towels to drain excess grease.
  • Heat a nonstick pan on medium heat. Once hot, add the butter and eggs to the pan and lower the heat to medium-low. Move the eggs using quick circular motions with a spatula or wooden spoon until the eggs are no longer runny. Remove the pan from the heat immediately. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Make toast: Toast the bread in a toaster oven. Spread the butter on the toast, then spread it with jam and cut it in half.
  • Serve: Enjoy the eggs with bacon, toast, and orange juice.
