Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 4 tbsp White vinegar
- 2 cups Savoy Cabbage shredded, (or use cabbage mix if preferred)
- 1/4 cup Carrot peeled and shredded
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise or more if needed
- 1/4 cup Walnuts roughly chopped
- 1/4 cup Dried cranberries
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk the sugar and vinegar until the sugar dissolves. Add in the cabbage and carrots, and mix well. Let sit for 15 minutes.
- Mix in the mayo, walnuts, and dried cranberry. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
