Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 4 tbsp White vinegar
  • 2 cups Savoy Cabbage shredded, (or use cabbage mix if preferred)
  • 1/4 cup Carrot peeled and shredded
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise or more if needed
  • 1/4 cup Walnuts roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup Dried cranberries

Instructions

  • In a bowl, whisk the sugar and vinegar until the sugar dissolves. Add in the cabbage and carrots, and mix well. Let sit for 15 minutes.
  • Mix in the mayo, walnuts, and dried cranberry. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
