Instructions
In a bowl, whisk the sugar and vinegar until the sugar dissolves. Add in the cabbage and carrots, and mix well. Let sit for 15 minutes.
Mix in the mayo, walnuts, and dried cranberry. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
