Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 cups Yellow squash sliced into rounds and then half moons
- 1/4 tsp Dried oregano
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a nonstick pan over medium-high heat. Add the yellow squash, and oregano; season with salt and pepper. Saute until they start to become soft then add in the garlic. Continue sauteing until the squash are golden brown and tender, another 4 to 6 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
