Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 tsp Pesto sauce
- 4 6 inch Italian Bread lightly toasted (or bread of your choice)
- 2 cups Romaine lettuce shredded
- 12 oz Salami sliced thin
- 12 slices Tomato
- 4 oz Fresh mozzarella sliced
- 4 tbsp Roasted red peppers sliced
- 4 Pickles halved
- 4 oz Potato chips
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the mayo and pesto sauce. Lightly toast the bread then spread the pesto mayo on the inside of both halves.
- Layer with lettuce, salami, tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, fresh mozzarella, and roasted peppers. Cut in half and serve with pickles and chips.
