Ingredients

  • 2 cups Broccoli cut into bite sized florets
  • 1 Tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  • Place the broccoli on a foil line baking sheet and toss with oil, salt and pepper.
  • Bake for about 20 - 25 minutes (or more if needed) until tender and golden brown.
  • Season with salt to taste if needed before serving.
