Ingredients
- 12 oz deli roast beef
- 4 rolls
- 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1/2 Red bell pepper core and seeds removed and cut into chunks
- 4 oz Pepper jack cheese
- 8 leaves Romaine lettuce
- 12 slices tomato
- 4 pickles halved
Instructions
- In a blender or food processor pulse the mayo and red pepper until smooth. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Spread the inside of the roll with red pepper mayonnaise and layer with lettuce, tomato, roast beef, and pepper jack cheese. Cut in half and serve with pickles.
