1/2 Red bell peppercore and seeds removed and cut into chunks
4ozPepper jack cheese
8leaves Romaine lettuce
12slicestomato
4pickles halved
Instructions
In a blender or food processor pulse the mayo and red pepper until smooth. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Spread the inside of the roll with red pepper mayonnaise and layer with lettuce, tomato, roast beef, and pepper jack cheese. Cut in half and serve with pickles.
