Ingredients
- 8 slices Sourdough bread lightly toasted (or bread of your choice)
- 4 tsp Mayonnaise
- 4 tsp Dijon mustard
- 8 leaves Romaine lettuce
- 12 oz Deli roast beef sliced thin
- 12 slices Tomato
- 4 oz Monterey jack cheese sliced
- 4 Pickle spears
- 4 oz Potato chips
Instructions
- Lightly toast the bread to a golden brown but still somewhat soft.
- Spread the mayo and mustard on each slice of bread, layer with romaine, roast beef, tomatoes seasoned with salt and pepper, and cheese.
- Cut in half and serve with pickles and chips.
