Ingredients
- 8 slices Sourdough bread lightly toasted (or bread of your choice)
- 4 tsp Mayonnaise
- 4 tsp Brown mustard
- 2 cups Spring mix
- 8 oz Deli roast beef sliced thin
- 12 slices Tomato
- 4 oz Jarlsberg cheese sliced
- 2 Pickles halved
- 2 oz Potato chips your preference of chips
Instructions
- Lightly toast the bread to a golden brown, but still somewhat soft.
- Spread the mayo and mustard on each slice of bread, layer with spring mix, roast beef, and tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper, and add the cheese.
- Cut in half and serve with pickles and chips.
