Instructions
Lightly toast the bread to a golden brown, but still somewhat soft.
Spread the mayo and mustard on each slice of bread, layer with spring mix, roast beef, and tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper, and add the cheese.
Cut in half and serve with pickles and chips.
