Ingredients
- 4 Ciabatta rolls lightly toasted
- 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Roasted red peppers minced
- 8 leaves Baby spinach
- 8 slices Tomato
- 12 oz Deli roast beef sliced thin
- 4 slices Aged Swiss Cheese
- 4 Pickle spears
Instructions
- Lightly toast the ciabatta. Mix together the mayo and roasted peppers, season with salt and pepper to taste. Spread the mixture on both halves of the ciabatta.
- Layer with spinach, tomato, roast beef seasoned with salt and pepper, and cheese.
- Cut in half and serve with pickles on the side.
