Ingredients

  • 4 Ciabatta rolls lightly toasted
  • 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Roasted red peppers minced
  • 8 leaves Baby spinach
  • 8 slices Tomato
  • 12 oz Deli roast beef sliced thin
  • 4 slices Aged Swiss Cheese
  • 4 Pickle spears

Instructions

  • Lightly toast the ciabatta. Mix together the mayo and roasted peppers, season with salt and pepper to taste. Spread the mixture on both halves of the ciabatta.
  • Layer with spinach, tomato, roast beef seasoned with salt and pepper, and cheese.
  • Cut in half and serve with pickles on the side.
