Instructions
Lightly toast the ciabatta. Mix together the mayo and roasted peppers, season with salt and pepper to taste. Spread the mixture on both halves of the ciabatta.
Layer with spinach, tomato, roast beef seasoned with salt and pepper, and cheese.
Cut in half and serve with pickles on the side.
