Ingredients
- 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Horseradish
- 4 Ciabatta rolls
- 12 slices Tomato
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
- 1 tsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- 8 leaves Romaine lettuce
- 1/2 Red onion sliced thin
- 8 oz Deli roast beef sliced thin
- 4 oz Pepper jack cheese sliced
- 4 Pickles halved
Instructions
- In a bowl mix together the mayo and horseradish. Spread the mayo on the bottom of the ciabatta. Next place the tomato and season with salt, pepper, and sprinkle with a pinch of oregano, then drizzle olive oil. Place the lettuce, roast beef, onion, and cheese.
- Cut in half and serve with pickles on the side.
