Roast Beef Ciabatta

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Horseradish
  • 4 Ciabatta rolls
  • 12 slices Tomato
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • 1 tsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 8 leaves Romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 Red onion sliced thin
  • 8 oz Deli roast beef sliced thin
  • 4 oz Pepper jack cheese sliced
  • 4 Pickles halved

Instructions

  • In a bowl mix together the mayo and horseradish. Spread the mayo on the bottom of the ciabatta. Next place the tomato and season with salt, pepper, and sprinkle with a pinch of oregano, then drizzle olive oil. Place the lettuce, roast beef, onion, and cheese.
  • Cut in half and serve with pickles on the side.
